Returns & Exchanges

At NeoPro Cycling, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next ride. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
